It’s also a great place to share your story so they see you as human – a real person. Katie says she shares some low points and high points in her life just to build some intimacy and connection.
Your stories of how you overcome adversity and troubles will inspire them and want them to come back to read your blog again and again.
Share successes you had in your business or in other parts of your life. Having children and getting married is a triumph, graduating from high school or getting a masters degree is a success you can share as well.
Add some photos and share your vision of what you want to accomplish. You should also put a call to action – tell them what to do next. For example, my blog’s primary purpose is to build my list of subscribers and then keep them on my list for as long as they are interested in sales and marketing.
